This Privacy Policy applies to the OmniSphere AI website and the interactive product preview available through it. It describes the current implementation as deployed with this page. If the site later adds accounts, analytics, hosted forms, or other data services, this policy should be updated before those services are enabled.
Information we collect
The preview does not ask you to create an account. The interactive console uses synthetic assets and findings, and its state remains in your current browser session.
If you use the contact page, the name, email address, topic, and message you enter are used by your device to prepare a mailto: message. The website itself does not receive or store those fields.
How we use information
Information you choose to include in an email is used to respond to your request, question, or collaboration inquiry. The local preview uses interaction state only to provide the interface, such as switching platform modules or generating a sample report.
Storage and retention
The page does not include a server-side database, cookies for tracking, local storage persistence, or an analytics SDK. Sample reports are created locally and downloaded only when you choose to export them. Any copy of an email or attachment is handled by your email provider and device.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts may receive a normal request for the selected typefaces when the fonts are available. Your browser can fall back to system fonts if the request is unavailable.
- The Hugging Face link takes you to Hugging Face. That service has its own privacy practices and terms.
- Your email provider processes any message you choose to send after using the contact page.
Your choices
You can use the preview without submitting a form. You can also block external font requests through your browser settings or avoid opening external links. If you email OmniSphere AI, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information contained in that correspondence, subject to applicable requirements and the records needed to respond.
